Happart Bazaar is a curated platform.
• Each artwork is personally reviewed in advance.
• Only works that align with De Tuin Der Kunsten's vision and aesthetic are accepted.
• The administrator reserves the right to refuse or remove artworks.

Happart Bazaar and De Tuin Der Kunsten act as a platform and intermediary but are not a party to the sales agreement between seller and buyer. If invoicing is required between buyer & seller, this will be arranged mutually.

The sales agreement is concluded directly between the seller and the buyer.

After a sale:
• You send the work within 3 business days
• You use a trackable shipping method
• You provide proof of shipment

Payment will be made within 5 business days of receiving proof of shipment (after deducting any costs or commissions).

Each work can be sold in two ways:

1. Direct sale via the platform
You receive the selling price according to the standard procedure.

2. Sale via curation or personal presentation by Charlotte
When a sale is made through her active mediation or presentation to a client, a 30% commission on the selling price will be deducted.

This commission applies to every work you offer and covers:
• Artistic selection and composition
• Presentation to clients
• Sales support

In that case, the seller receives 70% of the selling price.

Photo Requirements
For each artwork, please provide:
A minimum of 10 photos:
• 1 full front view
• 1 full back view
• At least 8 detail photos

Photos must:
• Be taken against a white, neutral background
• Be photographed in daylight
• Be free of watermarks or edits
• Only show the actual artwork
• Be in JPEG or PNG format (max. 5 MB per photo)

Description
Please always state:
• Dimensions (height, width, depth)
• Materials and techniques
• Any defects or peculiarities
• Incorrect or misleading information is not permitted.

Shipping is fully arranged by the seller.

The seller is responsible for:
• Careful packaging
• Choice of shipping method
• Track & trace
• Any insurance

The full transport risk lies with the seller until delivery to the buyer. Happart Bazaar and De Tuin Der Kunsten are not liable for damage during transport.

Happart Bazaar applies standard shipping costs to the buyer. If your work requires higher shipping costs, you must include these in your selling price beforehand. Additional costs cannot be charged afterwards. View Happart Bazaar's standard shipping costs here.
